Week 5 hCG continued

A 600-calorie diet is not adequate for proper nutrition.

A 600-calorie diet is only recommended while under the supervision of a physician. Appropriate vitamin and mineral support are an absolute necessity while on a low calorie diet and should never be attempted outside of physician supervision. Each phase of the Nuviva program incorporates specially formulated vitamins, nutraceuticals and supplements to ensure that the body is getting proper nutrition, vitamins and minerals. Further, the body is getting more than 600 calories worth of energy daily when a client is on the Nuviva program. The 600 calories of energy derived from food sources is compounded with the calories derived from the body’s fat stores. The body will burn fat to ‘make up’ for calories not derived from outside food sources.
