RIP TWINKIES

For those of you keeping an eye on the economy you are aware of the Hostess file for bankruptcy. Along with many other products Hostess was the manufacturer of a widely popular American treat "the Twinkie".  Whether you love, or hate them many are saddened by the doing away of this famous dessert cake. Boxes of Twinkies are selling online for unheard off prices as many scramble to snatch up the last of them. But keep in mind the nutritional value of a Twinkie is less than favorable after a quick glance at the nutritional label. Twinkies are loaded with unneccarssary carbs, sugar, and fat. As we move forward as a country in an attempt to get our nation healthy we may notice fewer demands for comparable products.
